Invalidation system
The comprehensive invalidation system empowers brokers to effortlessly request invalidations, while dedicated analysts diligently review these requests. Additionally, managers have access to well-maintained data, allowing them to assess and evaluate the validity of each case.

About the project
Zipia ensures highly negotiable leads by offering clients the option to invalidate a connection and receive a refund, reinforcing their confidence in lead quality and optimizing business opportunities.
Project targets
The main challenge was integrating scattered invalidation data and processes to create a unified and user-friendly system for streamlined request and analysis, enhancing efficiency and user experience.
Design process
The Double Diamond design process was chosen for this complex project. Extensive research and user interviews in the discovery phase helped understand stakeholder needs and empathize with user pain points. In the analysis phase, solutions were explored, created, tested, and delivered to the development team for implementation. This approach ensured effective and user-friendly solutions for the project.

Identification of stakeholders
In the early stages of the process, it was crucial to identify the most affected areas and determine the minimum development required to have a positive impact on these areas. To achieve this, we conducted structured and recorded interviews with 10 individuals, allowing us to identify three key "areas" involved.
the broker
Responsible for initiating the invalidation process, needed to perform all the required steps within the Connections platform, which they already had access to.
The analyst
With a more administrative role, is responsible for assessing invalidations and requires clear and comprehensive information in the management area.
the manager
Access to strategic data related to invalidations, focusing on general information and performance metrics.
Main problem
The main problem was the absence of a system for invalidation, resulting in a manual process using an Excel spreadsheet. This made it challenging for brokers to have a comprehensive view of their invalidations, managers lacked strategic statistics for performance, and analysts had to search for data in multiple locations. The goal was to develop a unified system that would streamline the invalidation process, provide valuable insights to all stakeholders, and enhance overall efficiency and user experience.
Ideation
As it was a robust system involving various stakeholders, the ideation process aimed to consolidate all user needs. In the prototyping phase, we utilized diverse methods to deliver the highest value to users, with some deliverables from these phases:
Brainstorming and idea menu
Meeting with key stakeholders to gather requirements using and later prioritizing cards.
Flow
After analyzing the navigation requirements, navigation flows for each area were developed.
Wireframes
We created basic sketches and layouts to visualize the system's structure and flow effectively.
Protótipo
We built functional prototypes that allowed users to test and interact with the system, providing valuable feedback.

Manager and analyst view
In the administration system, the prototype was developed to provide strategic data and the possibility of evaluation by company managers and Zipia analysts.
Broker view
In the client's prototype, within Connections, the broker should basically be able to create and monitor the invalidation request.
